From injury diagnosis and treatment through to a full return to sports/physical activity.
R23 will take on injuries from any sport.
Methods include: clinical assessment, sports massage, taping/strapping, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, exercises prescription, load management strategies, S&C programmes.
Rob at R23 is Graduate Sport Rehabilitator, registered and fully insured via the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers.

Pitch-Side Sports Rehabilitation & First Aid
Hosting fixtures or sports events? Leave the medical cover and pre-game prep to R23, and free yourself up to run the best event possible!
For tournaments and full day events I can provide pitch-side first aid and injury support, reducing pressure on event organisers/teachers. All injuries and treatments are logged and reported back to designated event organisers.
On game days I am available for pre-game strapping and massage for teams, leading into pitch-side first aid and injury management in-game, finishing with post-game injury follow ups and team reports.
