What is Sports Rehabilitation?
Sports Rehabilitation is a relatively new field that combines the diagnostic and injury management tools of physiotherapy and sports therapy with the principles of strength and conditioning. This combination of knowledge and skill sets makes Sports Rehabilitators specialists in returning athletes back to sport post-injury.
